A Lip-Smacking Grilled Leg of Lamb Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless leg of lamb, weighs about 4.5 to 5 pounds and butterflied
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup of fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil

Procedure:
